[Libdlo] Call for documentation

Hello everybody,

it's a fact that I'm awful at explaining. So I'd like to ask those of
you who have already worked with one or both of the libraries to help
write a proper spec in the Wiki at github:

http://wiki.github.com/floe/tubecable

AFAICT it's open for everybody to join in. You are of course invited to
use my old Wiki at http://floe.butterbrot.org/displaylink/doku.php as a
starting point, but as I said, my style of documentation sucks. I hope
somebody is able to improve it..
