[Libdlo] Ubuntu 9.10 report

It was great installing Ubuntu 9.10 fresh from CDROM on a system
yesterday, and have several attached DisplayLink displays come up
"green" automatically right during the install process.  Nothing to
download or build for the user.  Even if it's not yet easily
configured for real use, it's a nice milestone for Roberto, Henrik,
and others' work. Thanks to Greg for continuing to shepherd it.
