[Libdlo] can't get Sewell USB-to-DVI working; missing /dev/fb*

Sorry, too many version numbers in my head -- Mulchman's instructions
for 9.04 will work fine.  With 9.10, Patrick Gilmore has had some
success: http://blogg.noonday.se/2010/01/28/linux-usb-video-adapter/

But start with getting that green screen, before tackling X configuration...
