[Libdlo] Displaylink Drivers

I don't know if you can help, but I recently purchased a Mimo monitor.
I installed libdlo and the displaylink drivers.  I can get the 'green
screen of relief' to show up, and when I restart I can get tty1-6 to
show up on my external USB display, but I cannot get an X server to
recognize my second display.  I am running Arch linux.  More
