[Libdlo] Displaylink Dock

Thanks Alexander for your advice. I have now loaded udlfb into the kernel.
However no success. Is the screen suppposed turn on (or green or something)
once the udlfb kicks in? Or do I need to tinker with my Xorg.conf to get the
screen to work?
