[Libdlo] Patch: A little more RandR support

I'm not sure of the proper format or way to submit a patch but I would
like to offer the attached up for inclusion into xf-video-udlfb (based
against git repo @ http://git.plugable.com/webdav/udlfb).

Additionally, if there's some coding style I'm supposed to be adhering
to please let me know as well (and I can change the patch and re-submit).

Also, with the patch applied the snippet below is no longer needed in
/etc/gdm/Init/Default:

XRANDR=`gdmwhich xrandr`
if [ "x$XRANDR" != "x" ]; then
  $XRANDR -o 0
fi
