I've had a discussion about a similar device a few weeks ago on
linux-usb:

In fact, it's probably the same bridge with VID:PID 13cf:1200.
The last post contains some advice from David Vrabel which I haven't
gotten around to test yet, but which looks promising (there is a driver
available in current kernels).
