In case you are using stock Fedora 15 kernel, the udlfb kernel driver 
provided is just fine and you don't have to compile your own from git. I 
know that for sure because I have pushed Fedora to compile the udlfb 
module by default (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=634636). 
There has been no significant improvement on the udlfb side in 
linux-next since 2.6.38.

Unfortunately, there is currently no X.org DisplayLink driver package in 
stock Fedora. I'll try to focus on that for F16.
