ANN: libmbim 1.10.2 released

This is a small bugfix update to the 1.10.x series, built from the
mbim-1-10 branch.

Overview of changes in libmbim 1.10.2

 * Attach timeout and idle events to the thread-default context.

 * Fix bashisms in the mbim-network script.
