Or is it the highest common capability between the device, UIM/SIM and the Cell Tower?</div><div><br></div><div>My question is: If is a packet service query report “umts” as ‘highest data class’ does this mean I am using UMTS and not GSM or is it jus the highest common data class???<br><div><br><div>
