Hi,

Just to let people know that the current code in GIT can now load the
CFA data from various files.
Notably from CR2, uncompressed DNG, uncompressed PEF.
In demo/ you'll find the sample "cfa" that will extract it as a .pgm if
you want to run your demosaicing algorithm.

I'll fix the compressed DNG (in decompress only the first tile
currently) and then I'll do CRW, NEF, PEF and ORF.
