That patch wasn't merged in the git tree. Instead, we merged another
one which allowed this command instead:
    --device-open-net="net-802-3|net-no-qos-header"

Please try with that one. Or, if the MC7354 exposes 2 pais of QMI+WWAN
ports (e.g. if 8 and if 10), use the second pair, which should already
be in 802.3 mode by default.
