3G Modem MC8805:qmicli succesfuly connected but no IP after dhclient

I am using qmi_cli (but the thing I noticed perhaps normal is that I got 
a |/dev/cdc-wdm0 device but no /dev/ttySx device
I also noticed that the qmi-network show the connected status for a 
couple of minutes and then disconnects by itself (perhaps because I 
don't have any traffic / IP Address)
