ANN: libqrtr-glib 1.2.2 released

This is the first bugfix release in the 1.2.x series, built from the qrtr-1-2 branch.

Overview of changes in libqrtr 1.2.0

    ** Fixed 'exported_packages' in GIR setup

Download and verify:

     $ cd libqrtr-glib
     $ $ git tag --verify 1.2.2
