Do some people have a vote and others don't? Who are the
voting "members"?<br>

<div>At LGM we were unanymous to vote in favor of LGM 2013 in
Madrid and all we needed to figure out was when it would take
place.</div>

mailing list and I forwarded the call to most teams asking for
an answer on the dates. We have received a clear go-ahead with
very few exceptions from very few people who have now time to
figure this out!</div>

As far as I know, Mónica is still waiting to here that the specific
dates of 10-13 April are okay for her to proceed with her plans.
We've had a lot of individual yeses, but no collective yes.<br>
