</div><div><br></div><div>I am sorry to insist but I urge anybody entering this discussion to first take the time to read what was settled a couple years ago. We have put lots of energy as a community to come up with those guidelines. Again, they can be made better, but it is a serious effort to make things happen in the best possible way. :-)</div>
