Ok update: we have spoken with the administraton of rooms at the university and we think we have found the lecture room. So to change that, there must be asked the head of the room administration (which answers traditionally no to such questions) and that's the chancellor himself. For workshops and meetings and so on, we can have rooms in the "Seminargebäude" across the yard but there is an alternative to it, the fakulty of computer science shows interest to give us there rooms. That's the building directly next to Paulineum from where an passage exists. Then the plans for a stakeout at the channel could be added so that as people drift by, they are reminded about the upcoming date (and time range).
