The Libre Graphics Meeting is an opportunity for bringing together users and developers of various Free/Libre Open Source Software projects. These tools are free to use and modify for anyone, and this meeting presents an opportunity for developers, designers, and artists to interact, share their work, and learn from each other.</div>

The Libre Graphics Meeting is the annual physical meeting point for all those communities. There is a lot of activity going on all year round through the IRC channels and the mailing lists dedicated to each project. The community is also gathering through various Wikis and Websites including the<a href="http://www.graphicsplanet.org/" style="color:rgb(17,123,184);border:0px;font-family:inherit;font-style:inherit;font-weight:inherit;margin:0px;outline:0px;padding:0px;vertical-align:baseline" target="_blank">Graphics Planet</a> and the <a href="http://libregraphicsworld.org/" style="color:rgb(17,123,184);border:0px;font-family:inherit;font-style:inherit;font-weight:inherit;margin:0px;outline:0px;padding:0px;vertical-align:baseline" target="_blank">Libre Graphics World</a>. There are also several local organizations around the world.</p>
