Some views, offensive views to those with power, are banned by almost all countries laws and those laws are actively enforced by governments; depending on who is in power, different things are banned in different places. Company (and conference! :) bylaws are often far stricter. Turning to our conference bylaws, the coc says, emphasis mine, "The Libre Graphics community is committed to providing a safe __and welcoming__ environment for all participants, regardless of, for example: ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, appearance, impairment, __religion,__ or technical ability." LGM has had nothing to do with current affairs and I think it ought to stay that way; let's have a big tent with no distractions, please.
