There's a list of relevant plugins here:

Louis, it's very nice that you're volunteering to translate the site
into French! As with many things involved in LGM organizing, I'd
love to see a discussion about how we can sustain initiatives like a
multi-lingual website from year-to-year, rather than having each
year be ad hoc and based on the choices of the local team and
whoever has the time and passion for a particular issue. <br>
<br>
Maybe we can have a broader discussion about how to support the
internationality of LGM, both this year and in future years.<br></div></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Actually, I was not thinking this would even be in discussion. We do have an unwritten rule as we can see below. As they say, when in Rome, you do like the Romans! :-)</div><div><br></div><div>The rule is simple. Our website is in English and in the official language(s) from the host country. We have been following this unwritten rule except in Poland (2008) and in Germany (2014).</div><div><br></div><div>2006 - Lyon - France - Website is EN and FR (official language) </div><div>2007 - Montréal - Canada - Website is EN and FR (both official languages)</div><div>2008 - Wrocław - Poland - Website is EN only (?)<br>2009 - Montréal - Canada - Website is EN and FR (both official languages)<br>2010 - Brussels - Belgium - Website is EN, FR and NL-BE (both official languages)<br>2011 - Montréal - Canada - Website is EN and FR (both official languages)<br>2012 - Wien - Austria - Website is EN and DE-AT (official language)<br>2013 - Madrid - Spain - Website is EN and ES (official language)<br>2014 - Leipzig - Germany - Website is EN only (?)<br></div><div>2015 - Toronto - Canada - Website is currently EN and we can make it FR</div><div>2016 - London - UK - Website will be in EN (although it seems UK has no "official language")</div><div>2017…</div><div><br></div><div>All that is needed is the technical frame to make that possible, as in previous years. Since 2011 and maybe 2010 we rely on Wordpress. So, the plug-in must be well-known by the communication team or the infrastructure team.</div><div><br></div><div>I find this rule respectful of both the host country and the community.</div><div><br></div><div>Louis</div><div> </div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left-width:1px;border-left-color:rgb(204,204,204);border-left-style:solid;padding-left:1ex"><div bgcolor="#ffffff" text="#000000">
