When selecting the placeholder in formula preview, it does not always select
the correct placeholder in edit panel. This error occurs if the placeholder is
selected in the preview before it the preview is updated.

How to reproduce:
1. in edit pane, write in {<?>} over {<?>};
2. in graphical representation of formula, select first placeholder (the first
<?> is selected in edit pane);
3. press "2", the formula should look like {2} over {<?>};
4. quickly (before the formula is updated) in graphical representation of
formula, select second placeholder ( ">} " is selected in edit pane).

Instantaneous formula updating would help remedy this bug.
