After installing the French language pack, the following should be 2.16, not
2.6 in /opt/libreoffice/readmes/README_fr:

* Gnome 2.6 ou supérieur, avec les packages gail 1.8.6 et at-spi 1.7, requis
pour le support des outils de technologie assistive (outils AT) ou une autre
GUI (telle que KDE, parmi d'autres).
