Hi Bram, in my system, by default shortcuts key for superscript and subscript
are bound to C-S-p and C-S-b. And they were shown in the tool bar tip when
hovering if Tools->Options->General->Tips was checked on.

Also the superscript and subscript buttons are hidden, and you need to call
them out by right click the text format tool bar, then in the Visible Buttons
list, check them out to the tool bar.

Do the info above resolve the problem?
