When downloading LibreOffice Beta 2, Microsoft's Internet Explorer 9 (beta)
informs me the download may harm my computer because this file hasn't been
downloaded very much.

Most likely this is because Windows is playing "big brother" and wants explicit
information to "know" the download is OK.
