When i use "Data to fields", this action cannot be undone, that is: it is not
possible to get back the fields' name.

Ho to reproduce it:

1) Insert into a text document a field from a registered database
2) Select a row in the database and click "Data to fields"

This is annoying.

This action cannot be even undone with Ctrl+z or UNDO. That is: the action
"Data to fields" is not in the history list.
