ok this is the root of the problem, one should never do this, it is possible to
copy some parts of the config profile individually if you really know what you
are doing but really it's not recommended.

its not such that the problem is in the OOo profile but you sortof manual
migration attempt. I will close this bug for now. Keep an eye on future
versions, hopefully we will get better at handling the configuration profile
migration business, thanks for the report and details
