When opening a existing impress-file the "remit-field" (German:
Aufgabenbereich) is shown.

If in menue "view" "remit-field" (German: Aufgabenbereich) has been hided and
opening the impress-file again remit-field" (German: Aufgabenbereich) is shown
again.

Resume: questionable bug (i.e. permanent suppression not possible)
