May be I found something. This bug occurs when I try to open the form file in
BASE from a file created using OOo. Indeed, trying to open another file lately
created using LibO opens without any bug and several other database files
created using OOo reproduce this bug.

If ever this is the problem, I'm having difficulties to edit file created with
OOo. Quite annoying for me sine I have been under OOo since 2007.
