Unfortunately that does not help at all. You attached a lockfile instead of
answering to my questions. To explain my question: I wanted to know what file
with "helppack" in its filename from 
<http://ftp.uni-muenster.de/pub/software/DocumentFoundation/libreoffice/testing/3.4.0-beta1/win/x86/>
(or similar mirror) you have downloaded and installed.

We should stop investigations with 3.4Beta1, what is too buggy, please try
Beta1, what will be available soon.

If you still see your problem with that version, we need a step by step
instruction containing every key press and every mouse click how to reproduce
the problem. Fo details please read
