When I try to make a form by means of the form generator (not using the
assistant) containing fields from more than one table, the generator crashes.
As a result of this LibO crashes and has to do a recovery operation.
It happens every time I try this operation. With no exceptions.

In my opinion this bug is serious.

I got the same results:
* with LibO on MS Windows XP Home (Samsung N110 Netbook - Intel Atom), 
* with LibO on MS Windows 7 Home Premium (ASUS notebook - Intel Core2),
* and with LibO on Ubuntu Linux x64 11.04 (Fujitsu Siemens - Intel Q6600).
I use LibO 3.3.2 Dutch version.

Invariably I got the same disappointing result.

I could not find this bug in the list of frequently reported bugs, that's why I
am reporting it here.

As I am helping a friend of mine setting up a database for his 'grand' hobby,
it is of great importance to us to have this bug removed as soon as possible.
