Hi,

No, this is only one single icon, not two commands for increasing and
decreasing fonts. 
These two commands are also available and work well. But the one that does not
initiate any 
action is one single icon with (in dutch) the explaining text 'tekengrootte' =
'character size'. 
This inactive icon has almost the same look as 'increase font' and 'decrease
font', but has 
two arrow triangles instead of one.

I did not ask for how to do something. I only would report a bug. An icon that
does not work is 
not normal in programs. And selecting (highlighting) a text does not change
anything in this 
case.
