The easiest was yo explain is:

Upon opening the attached doc file; the last couples line are
corrupted/artifacted on page 3.  Libre does not show the text line (above the
pointing arrow) but an artifact of it. Easier to see than explain.

This same text line appears on all the other pages fine. 

Appears to be some kind of conversion error/interpretation of "doc" file.

Conversion error also occurs with version 3.3.1, 3.3.2
