Buggy odt file

LO crashes on close if an .odt document created by previous version of LO (I
think, 3.3.0). This issue affects other open documents.(writer, cacl, impress
etc.) All LO instances crashes.

I've attached an .odt file to reproduce the bug. If you open the file by LO
3.4.1

How to reproduce bug:

1-Open sample.odt file by LO 3.4.1.
2-Close file.
3-Open it again or another LO file.
4-You will see the 'LibreOffice Document Recovery' window. (This means the LO
crashed on closing sample.odt file.)
