more simple buggy odt file

'sample2.odt' is  much more simple test file of 'sample.odt'.

Let me share a strange behavior of the document with you. I hope this will help
you to determine the bug point.

1. Open sample2.odt file.
2. In the LibO menu: 'Select View->Print Layout'
3. And Close LibO.
4. LibO does not crash.
