To reproduce:

1) Open Basic IDE
2) create a new library and a new dialog inside that library
3) Insert a new element, i.e. a label (result: its text is "Label1")
4) Add two new languages to the dialog (result: the text of the Label has been
changed - this is not normal)
5) Give a name to the label in one language, then switch to another language
via the dropdown menu and give a name to the Label for that language.

Result: if you change the text for one language it changes the text for all
languages.
