Still a problem with "LibreOffice 3.4.3 RC1  - WIN7  Home Premium (64bit)
German UI [OOO340m1 (Build:301)]". Tools -> Optinons -> Language setings ->
Writing aids - Available Language modules is empty 

It's becoming a little embarrassing for an "enterprise-ready" office suite.
Within 1/4 year no developer as been found as assignee.
