I agree to ignore the helppack for now.
I cannot see an interrelation with the crash.

Maybe a similar bug report (on Mac) : 
'Bug 37913 - LibreOffice crashes frequently when settings-dialog is opened'

Could you try to replicate the crash with a new user (ASCII characters only) on
WinXP?

BTW: I cannot read Greek, and I don't understand it... ;)
