Indeed, the problem seems to be much worse, as another user indicates, not only
"/home/"username"/.libreoffice/3/user/registrymodifications.xcu" gets
overwriten by accident but also
"/home/"username"/.libreoffice/3/user/basic/script.xlc" and "dialog.xlc"
thereby deleting all user configured data bases. Please see:
