Steps to Reproduce:
 Export a oo project as a LibreoOffice package.

Actual Results:
 The exported archive contains a jar file with the component but the jar file
is not listed in the META-INF/manifest.xml file

Expected Results:
 The jar file should be listed in the MAETA-INF/manifest.xml file.
