My Mom (72-year old very non-technical interpreter) was bitten severely by Zoom
Slider (http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Zoom_Slider). By mistake she
clicked on it and without understanding what happened she suddenly got zoom
589%.

Could you please make it (at least) possible to switch Zoom Slide off?
Actually, I would argue that for Writer it should be opt-in completely (how
many Writer users need different zooms of their documents? I would think that
default Optimal zoom would be enough for 99% of users).
