besides that this isn't even the official LibreOffice packages. And the -19 is
also correct because of the versioning scheme in the "packages" which
come out of the stock buildsystem. It takes the minor number, and that indeed
didn't change between rc3 and rc4, yes.

I'd consider this invalid.
