Sorry? the statement above is a contradiction, you say the shortcuts exist for
the menu item but then say the bug is about the menu short cuts that don't
exist! Maybe I just don't understand what you mean.

In anycase, this list of shortcuts you mention above, are these bindings that
you are suggesting the application should use? or are they key bindings that
actually currently exist ?

e.g. "Cntrl+Shift+1" does nothing for me ;-) but "Cntrl+1" does, and this *is*
a keyboard shortcut, its has nothing to do with menus, it is a customizable
binding that exists between a specific action and a key. Like I said such
bindings are described already in the Tools->Customize->Keyboard dialog.
