some (maybe) performance related problematic documents

First I have to say on master I don't see these times, I see the following (
very roughly timed just looking at watch )

sample1.ods ~ 3 sec(s)
sample2.ods ~ 6 sec(s)

note hardware differences aside the difference between the 2 documents is quite
different ( in a good way ) to the results observed by the reported.

I just looked at rc4 and sample2 is taking a long long time to load ( ok, I
didn't time it as it has already taken enough time to load that I wanted to
kill it ;-) ) 

Not sure if Kohei considers this bug to be closed or not ( certainly there is a
massive massive improvement ) He will decide what's best.
