Way to reproduce bug:
1. Open any spreadsheet document.
2. Save document if you made any chages.
3. Click on some random cell in middle of document and go WINDOW / FREEZE

Save icon will still stay grayed out (as no change has been made to document)
and you will not be able to save document with frozen windows. You will need to
make some other change to be able to save document with frozen windows.

Offtopic: How/Where to suggest new features? Where did always on SAVE option go
so I can save different views of document if I didn't do any changes?
