toolbar button 'devide cells' not synchronised with menu option

The toolbar 'layout' contains a button 'devide cells' that is always enabled,
whereas the menu option (layout - join cells - divide cells) is only enabled
when a joined cell is selected. (See attachment, the menu item is disabled, the
toolbar button is enabled).
Pressing the toolbar button 'devide cells' has no effect.
