They don't cause any license problems. The source for them is available in the
git repo. So lets put that aside.

Those 3-4 builds should be up-to-date builds from the 3-4 branch, i.e. they
should now include the extra fixes that have been added for the future 3.4.2 in
addition to the released 3.4.1 stuff.

The real problem here might be the "A more current version is installed on your
PC" stuff, i.e. that a to-be 3.4.2 daily is still reported as the same minor
version as an installed 3.4.1. Or is it a development 3.5 that's already
installed ?

caolanm->tor: should/does a recent post 3.4.1 release 3-4 branch windows build
considered itself a later version that 3.4.1 ?
