I tested it OpenSuse and Win XP 
LibreOffice 3.4.1 and OpenOffice 3.2.1


Create a documentum and the first page to be filled.

Use arrows of cursor buttons to navigate.  At end of the displayed page the
cursor jumps to more than one row. The new page will be positioned higher than
the end of the previous one. 

You can see it better if you show the number of rows. (Click Tools/Line
Numbering/Show numbering)


Our customer' users used MS Office. They should tpye very quickly, so you can
not use the mouse, only keyboard. They are very disturbed that they can not
follow one after another of the lines change.
