'''Background:''' There are still a lot of unnecessary, and obsolete pieces in
LibreOffice from a bygone era, these need hunting and killing. One example is:

isoen-US.res - as compiled in svx/ - compiled from source/intro/iso.src - we
need to remove this file, tweak the makefile, and check in scp2/ to remove it
cleanly.

Similarly instsetoo_native/inc_broffice (now included in the main builds)

Similarly solenv/config looks redundant - but needs a test build with it
removed.
