Adding a picture (BMP) to a page containing drawn lines and a frame, meeses-up
the lines position and width and removes the borders and drawn lines from the
frame.
Sample files attached.
doc1OK.odt:  prints fine.
doc2fault.odt:  prints incorrectly, although saves as pdf correctly.
doc2falutsim.odt:  simulation of the doc2fault.odt printout.
doc2faul.pdf:  pdf conversion of doc2fault.odt
