File MS Excel 2003 save format xml

Windows XP SP3 32 bits.

LibreOffice can't open a file save by MS Office 2003 with format "Feuille de
calcul XML (*.xml)".
Sheets of LibreOffice is empty and there are not data.

It's perhaps a bug MSOffice because with a save file MSOffice 2007 or MSOffice
2010 LibreOffice can view datas.

I'm put a example file XML can't open.
